Social Media Terms of Use

(1) These Terms set forth the rules for using the social networking services operated by Accrete Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Accrete").

(2) Users of this Service shall not engage in any of the following acts (including acts that are likely to do so) when using the Service.

  • Acts that infringe upon the rights and interests of Accrete, other users, or third parties
  • Acts that slander, defame, or insult Accrete, other users, or third parties, damage their reputation, credibility, or privacy, or interfere with business operations (including acts that disclose information leading to the identification of individuals such as email addresses, telephone numbers, or addresses of Accrete, other users, or third parties)
  • Acts violating the Public Offices Election Act
  • Acts soliciting membership in religious groups or other organizations and associations
  • Acts that solicit investment, donations, funding, or the purchase of goods or services.
  • Acts of introducing or encouraging the browsing of other websites that Accrete deems inappropriate, or using this service as a file download.
  • Acts of misappropriating information obtained through this service for commercial purposes.
  • Using this service to transmit malicious programs or files, such as viruses, that disrupt the normal functioning of computer software or hardware to Accrete, other users, or third parties.
  • Posting information or content on this site without rightful authorization.
  • Acts that disrupt the provision and use of this service by Accrete, other users, or third parties.
  • Accessing this site through unauthorized acts such as hacking, and monitoring or copying all or part of this site.
  • Other acts that violate SMS terms of use, public order and morals, laws, regulations, or penal codes, or any other acts deemed inappropriate by Accrete.

(3) If a user violates these Terms, Accrete may delete postings made by the user or restrict the user's access to this service, and the user shall raise no objections thereto.

(4) In the event that the provision of this service causes any impact on Accrete, other users, or third parties due to reasons attributable to a third party or in connection with the use of third-party services for service improvements, the user shall resolve such impact at their own responsibility and expense, pursue other resolutions, and ensure that Accrete incurs no burden or inconvenience whatsoever.

(5) Accrete does not guarantee or endorse the content of information provided by users through this service. Therefore, Accrete assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by users resulting from their reliance on such content.

(6) If copyrights (including rights specified in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) and other intellectual property rights arise regarding information posted by a user through this service, the user shall transfer such rights free of charge to our company and shall not exercise moral rights of authors or similar rights.

(7) Accrete may change the terms regarding fee expectations without obtaining the consent of general users. In such cases, the revised terms shall automatically become effective at the time Accrete makes them public via its website or other methods.

(8) Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this Service or these Terms shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
