Basic Principles
(1) Purpose of Social Media Participation
Accrete aims to be the safest and most secure company in Japan, earning the enduring love and trust of our customers by disseminating information through social media and engaging in dialogues with them. Specifically, we participate in social media for the following purposes:

- To enhance customer satisfaction, as well as trust in Acreet and its brand value, through sincere dialogue with our customers.
(2) The Right Mindset for Participating in Social Media
Acreet understands that social media is a platform for communication based on personal connections; that it is open to the general public worldwide; that information posted there can spread easily and instantly; and that once information has been disseminated, it cannot be completely retracted. Accordingly, we will participate in conversations with integrity and moderation, as responsible members of society.
- Regardless of the organization to which they belong or their employment status, Acrit employees shall comply not only with national and local laws and regulations but also with Acrit’s internal rules, such as its Code of Conduct.
- We listen to our customers' feedback and proactively provide information to ensure that our participants have an experience that is as beneficial as possible.
- We pay close attention to the content and delivery methods of the information we disseminate, ensuring that we never release erroneous information or cause misunderstandings for our customers.
- In the event that erroneous information is disseminated or expressions that could cause misunderstanding are used, we will promptly offer an apology and make corrections.
- We will communicate and share information with integrity, acting as responsible individuals without misrepresenting our identity.
- We will comply with the rules established by third parties operating social media platforms, respect the culture and etiquette of each social media community, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations as well as internal rules.
- We will not disclose confidential company information without authorization. Furthermore, we will not disclose information regarding our customers and business partners without the explicit consent of the respective customers and business partners.
- We respect the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other rights of third parties—including customers and business partners—and take care not to damage their reputation. In addition, when citing content or articles posted by third parties, we will clearly indicate the source and the cited portion.
