Requests and Important Notes Regarding IR Inquiries
・ In consideration of maintaining a fair information disclosure system and effective response to inquiries, we have determined that standardizing our communication channels to a written format is appropriate from the perspective of achieving effective corporate governance and fair disclosure. Therefore, we do not accept IR-related inquiries by phone.
・ To prevent the leakage of financial results information (including quarterly results) and ensure fairness, we have designated the period from the day following the fiscal year-end through the date of the financial results announcement as a “silent period.” During this period, we will refrain from commenting on or responding to questions regarding our financial results.
・ Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we may not be able to respond.
・ Please note that we do not provide responses from our Investor Relations department to questions falling under items ① through ④ below.
① Questions that may constitute “material facts” under Article 166 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (e.g., measures regarding stock prices, dividends, and shareholder returns)
② Questions regarding non-public information (e.g., business performance trends, future forecasts, and outlooks)
③ Questions regarding stock market price movements (stock price trends, technical analysis, trading strategies, etc.)
* We refrain from responding individually via email or telephone to inquiries regarding fluctuations in our stock price or future stock price measures that we have not disclosed.
④ Messages constituting defamation or slander (unwarranted insults, baseless defamation, etc.)
・ Our responses are intended to address the specific questions raised by the customers who submitted inquiries. Please refrain from repurposing or reusing any part or the entirety of the response.
